Conference on Employment in Germany | Launch of a New Phase of Training and International Job Placement under Official Patronage

A major employment conference was recently held in Germany, under the patronage of the Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs and the Ministry of Manpower, with the presence of a representative of the German Embassy, alongside a high-level German delegation from Human Restart, and in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce.

This event comes within the framework of strengthening international cooperation in training and employment, and expanding opportunities for youth integration into European labor markets, particularly the German labor market.

Signing of a Cooperation Protocol to Open Employment Pathways in Germany

During the conference, the CEO Youssef El-Youssef signed a cooperation protocol with the Chamber of Commerce to launch a new phase of training and employment in Germany, under the supervision and organization of Human Restart.

The protocol aims to:

  • Qualify human resources according to the requirements of the German labor market
  • Strengthen specialized vocational training programs
  • Provide structured pathways for professional migration and employment
  • Link local training with the actual needs of German institutions

Official Presence and International Institutional Support

The conference witnessed the participation of several official and diplomatic entities, reflecting the international importance of the event, including a representative of the German Embassy, as well as representatives of economic and training institutions.

This cooperation comes within the growing interest between Egypt and Germany in developing regulated labor migration and vocational training programs, aiming to achieve integration between education and the labor market.

The Role of Human Restart in Training and Qualification

Human Restart has been continuing its role since 2014 in:

  • Training and qualifying individuals for local and international labor markets
  • Developing professional capacity-building programs
  • Operating in Germany since 2016 through professional and training partnerships

The organization is currently working on:

  • Expanding the accreditation of training centers
  • Organizing certified qualification pathways for employment in Germany
  • Connecting trainees with job opportunities aligned with the needs of the German labor market

The Importance of the Program for the German Labor Market

These initiatives come in the context of Germany’s ongoing efforts to attract skilled professionals, particularly in light of labor shortages in several key sectors.

Germany relies on several official frameworks such as:

  • Regulated professional migration programs
  • Dual vocational training systems
  • International recruitment platforms

Toward Sustainable International Partnerships

This cooperation represents a step toward building long-term partnerships between Arab and European training institutions, contributing to:

  • Enhancing workforce efficiency
  • Supporting regulated overseas employment opportunities
  • Strengthening integration between education and the global labor market
