The announcement follows a high-level meeting where the President of Anbar University, Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, welcomed a joint delegation comprising representatives from Human Restart, led by Mr. Firas Al-Ramahi, and the U.S. Embassy.
Discussions during the meeting focused on establishing robust scientific and academic communication channels with German universities. This vital initiative forms an integral part of Anbar University’s ambitious 2030 strategy aimed at internationalizing education and enhancing global academic exchange.
The visiting delegation expressed profound admiration for Anbar University’s outstanding academic reputation. The meeting was also attended by the university’s Vice Presidents for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, alongside the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, reflecting the institution’s strong readiness for this partnership.
