In a significant step towards bridging academic education and the international labor market, New Cairo Technological University, led by Prof. Dr. Tarek Abdel-Malak, has signed a joint cooperation protocol with the German “Human Restart” Organization. The formal signing ceremony took place at the university’s headquarters in the Fifth Settlement on Sunday, February 11, 2024.
The meeting was attended by key university figures, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdel-Hai, Deputy for Training Affairs, and Dr. Bothaina Mahmoud, Lecturer in Entrepreneurship. The Human Restart delegation included CEO Dr. Youssef AlAnzan from Germany, Dr. Hany Youssef (Advisory and Supervisory Manager in Higher Education and Training Development), Dr. Azza Al-Deisty (Advisory and Supervisory Manager in Strategic Planning and Quality Development), Mr. Ahmed Said (Executive Director in the Arab Republic of Egypt), and Mr. Ahmed Nabil (Director of German Language Education).
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Tarek Abdel-Malak emphasized the vital importance of this cooperation in securing job opportunities for graduates and supporting Egyptian external relations and companies. On its part, the Human Restart Organization offered its extensive expertise in international university partnerships, student training in German enterprises, graduate placement in the German labor market, and the development of administrative and teaching staff to enhance students’ future career prospects.
